Subject: RE: flooded fields in Colorado-SO STOP COMPLAINING

Central NE

This is the road from loveland to Estes Park and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.   For a few miles the canyon is so narrow between two vertical cliffs that the road has to share the space with the river.  This section of the road has a vertical wall next to the water with the road built on it.  To keep the wall from collapseing into the river it is anchored to the vertical rock cliff.
