Dieseldoc is right on.
If the decals on the head are still visible it shows the drawings of what Dieseldoc is explaining.
when that head is set right, they cut very well.
The knife should be set pretty tight to the star. Start it up and run it for 5 minutes, shut it down and the star wheel should feel slightly warm.
