Focus on the export market seems to be centered in an area of the country dependent on railing it west for Asian market. Domestic use means little and it shows in the posts from that area. they are probably hurt more by brazil then any other region in the country.
Thanks, I hadn't thought that one thru myself. It would explain a few of these "worried about Brazil" posts.
