Also the Equip deal will pay for a decent share of fences, roads, wells, dams, irrigation systems etc..
( they LIKE solar stuff too. so watering with some solar and irrigating with solar too, they'll pay the whole boat generally ( even Pivots, btw ).
takes some creativity at times and sure nough a bunch of programs homework and govt babysitting in some areas.
Heck they have all kinds of dough, and there's nothing better for dirt than grazing.
