We sell a replacement LED for the 4411 for a little over a $100.  I'm sure you can find some locally for that price.  Ours put out 1400 lumes which isn't in HID territory but they are MUCH brighter than factory.  And the best part, the current draw is lower than halogens so the older wiring and switches can 'take it easy'. FYI not all LED's are the same lumen output, make sure you are comparing apples to apples when you shop.
