Donaldson recommend you blowing it out with a leaf blower, higher psi from compressore can damage filter elements...

I talk to some Donaldson engineers once every 2 months, they recommend not blowing it out at all, but they are in the buisness of selling filters. After awhile they finally said they would not be alarmed if it was blown out with hug CFM and low psi.


I personally really like the sy-clone air filters. Self cleaning and extremely good at it. I am trying to design a few into a few machines at work.
