Columbia Basin, Ephrata, WA | Why a 4555?
IMO it's a given that now is the time to dump the 7810. As it's apparent in this thread, they have a huge following and sell for more than they're worth, maybe even regardless of condition.
IMO it's also a given that if you are even thinking a wheel loader would be a good fit instead of a loader tractor, you should get a wheel loader. You don't know how good they are around a livestock operation until you have one, and they're cheap when you consider they're capability and longevity vs what you'd have to spend to keep a very large reliable loader tractor around.
I'd trade the 5250 for the new 140 Maxxum WITHOUT loader for baling and as a reliable go-to tractor, sell 7810 and use proceeds toward a good used wheel loader, keep the cheap 4440 on feed wagon, and do whatever looks like a good idea at the time with the 4030. That's based on pretty limited actual knowledge of your operation, so take it FWIW.
