Texas/New Mexico Stateline
I have also used grainhedge.com and been happy. They don't charge anything for their trading platform program if you make enough trades per month, otherwise you have to pay a subscription. I opted out of the platform, and just trade online through the website. They send out a decent email every morning. They aren't advising, only commenting.

The $7 per trade is not really what you pay. It will end up being around $18-19 a full in and out on a contract because there are some exchange fees they pass on.

I've never had any trouble getting ahold of them during business hours. You call and a real person answers. Email is always answered.

I also have a TD Ameritrade account and their free Think or Swim platform. It is really cheap, but they don't have KC wheat or mini contracts if you want to trade those. A little harder to get ahold of a real person since they are so much bigger and are into other markets besides Ag. futures.
