Owensville, MO | Not trying to argue with you Mark, just would like for you to explain this a little further for me as I'm no expert. Even if the AHHC swithc is in the "auto" position, how would that keep the header from raising all the way up. When I run my 1660 in beans with the auto header height "on" I can still raise the header all the way up at the end of the field. Maybe I'm not completly understanding what you are saying. I will check the switch though.
Something else i should add, It works fine with the 17.5ft. 1020 platform on it or without a header on it at all. Only time there is a problem is with the heavier 863 corn head, and an extra 100-150lbs of lift from someone pushing up on the front of the header will make it go on up so I am thinking it has to be something restricting the lift capacity such as oil blowing by a seal.
