Subject: NDY stompers on 693 ...what position to run them in ?

Put my NDY stompers on today and have a question for those running them on a JD 90 series corn head.

In the 3 position adjustable bracket which hole are you running them in ?

I have them installed using the hole that tucks them up under the head the tightest.

The other 2 positions would allow them to hang down much lower but perhaps would put more pressure on the stalks.

Really satisfied with the ease of installation, quality of the brackets, and the ease of quick removal if needed also well pleased with paint finish on them. I got the ones with AR (abrasion resistant) skids.

My only concerned is 2 run pretty close to the welded on feet that the head is supposed to stand on when unhooked.
