West Central Alberta Coldest, wettest edge | In my lifetime, all I have heard from bankers, real estate agents, economists, older generation, and every other expert imaginable, is that interest rates are going up, usually by a lot. And all that time, they have done the opposite, but like a broken clock, or Agtrader, eventually they will be right. But then I've only been paying attention since the 80's and been financing since the early 90's. I respect where older folks are getting their perspective from. |
