When bean meal prices went high. They used it for the dairy. Then the prices came back down and they parked it. It's been in the shed ever since I remember. Until back in 07 when I got it out and running. No manual just doing what I can with it.
The way it works is it has two horizontal drums. And it has a burner that blows into the lower drum then through the upper. The beans are fed in thought the top and get tossed around in the upper then fall into the lower and out.
I try to get the beans coming out at around 250 degrees.
