Jackson County, AL
It would handle it fine. We ran a 450bu Unverferth as our only cart for years and kept it when we went to a 750. Our combine holds 300bu and we have only straight trucks. The carts get used a lot at the bins for loading out trucks in the off season so consider that also. Don't you have an 8300? If so I'd go with a 1000bu cart if it was in the budget. A 800 would be the next best thing but topping carts off is aggravating sometimes to get it fully loaded. Leaving a cart load tarped in the field overnight is nice for a quick turnaround while you get serviced in the morning.
