In 2009 we had the same thing here as Tank. The local coop raised there discounts a lot and the ethanol plants stayed the same as they allways had been. That is the year I stopped contracting at our local coop and now I do everything on the board. I had a lot of contracts with the coop and none of the contracts do anything about locking in any discounts and they can do whatever they want.
