Some tried double crop last year around here on barley and wwht ground. barley on barley made decent straw and cover crop (all he expected to get anyway.) Beans on wwht ground did come up but got 2" tall and died. had they caught a rain they might have made something. Last year was the first and probably last time anyone will try it.
