Faunsdale, AL
Batteries and old pesticides, greases etc would be the things I worried about the most. Worst battery/lead problem I have ever seen was here. Battery got chopped up by bush cutter and scattered plates across pasture. Had a couple calves that seemed to be blind and staggered. I think one died and one pulled through. The rest of the bunch seemed to be fine.

If the batteries are intact, then not much chance they can do anything with them.

Our Jersey heifers love to check the oil and remove any sparkplug or other wires. They are never careful about where they put the dipstick and the wires they remove.
