Subject: Re: Draper Heads

Southern IL Randolph County
Cut wheat this summer with a new 30ft 9250 draper on a R76 and thought it worked great. We had some fields with some bad areas of down wheat and it seemed to feed evenly even when taking in the straw to the ground. Glad we did not order a new auger head at this point. Looking forward to trying it in beans this fall, as so far just the elimination of the auger vibration has been nice. Ran an 825 for several years and always seemed to be a lot of vibration as you could always see the cab mirrors shaking.
