...uh, nooo... i was saying that's what guys HAVE been doing. Didn't say that's why they SHOULD be doing at all...
Of course you should be keeping productive cows on rather than cashing in for a quick buck, but tell that to the cow/calf guy coming off a decade of losses or crappy earnigns, when he finally sees some decent profit in his hands.
What SHOULD be happening, and what IS happening are two different things. People SHOULD be seeing the writing on the wall and start keeping more heifers like yesterday, or last year... | |
