southwest Iowa | Sorry for not replying sooner guys but I'll try to answer the questions now. About the tractor: it's a TV145 with a 2331 head on it and has 2hyds,pto and 3pt. on the eng. end plus reversing fan on the cooling. I've had it for 5 years now. The one down side is they are slow going down the road, 18mph tops. Bob, if you are looking for one try to find a later 140 or a 145 some of the early 140's had cooling problems I've heard. Josh, I like the head, it's nice not looking back all the time to see what you're doing. It does have hyd. tilt. I never run 3rd because of the hills and I know mine has a few more ponies than stock. It would have to be flat before I would think about pulling a 12ft behind and even then I don't know if you could keep one cool enough. Southernblues, Yes it's a Herf. on black cows. | |
