Here is a tangent, the basis has kept fund and spec money away from the long side because the whole rationing of the crop was a 2 dollar move in normal basis and only came to real prices in the del month where most specs and fund traders have to margin 100 percent. so why bother. I was wondering why oi never skyrocketed during last years drought, maybe a plan
