I suppose BB is talking of tapering, and even setting a time (September) to test the waters, and see how deep they really are should the Fed truly does stop aggressively purchasing US bonds. Looks like the water might be over his head deep.
~Or, tapering is no longer holding interest rates, and he just as well appear to be in control of rising rates rather than be at a loss on what to do next. | |
