Subject: Vertical demo suggestions

Northeast Iowa

We are having a demo of a penta 4020sd. Tossed in a 5x6 bale of cereal rye that was cut late due to wet weather. It took forever to chop and it still wasnt sized well. Tossed lots of material over the top.  Added some corn silage thought that might help but it didn't do much.

This is some tough, long, straw like material. Gonna try some corn stalk and grass haybales too. Also have some wet wrapped rye big squares but I don't want to bust those open until closer to winter so won't get that in the demo.

We have  never run a vertical before so looking for suggestions.
