Just wait for ACA to kick in good,not only would the fracture be missed it will take a month for the Dr to get thru the messages on the answering machine to get you back in.Friends that moved to Ca moved back in 2 months as no health providers would take on a new medicare patient.The say medicaid is worse and most Drs have laid off staff.Be happy you got to see the Dr twice.
