Land here seems to be trading in that 14-18 range. Had a real estate agent say that he suspects we will see a 30-40% correction soon. I think it's the first time I've heard a real estate not optimistic about land price. Our soybeans look good but our corn only looks good from the road. From higher up it looks very uneven not to mention in our immediate area there is a lot down.
