Subject: Objective decision making in marketing

Glasgow, Ky
Objective decision making (removing emotions from the decision) is a critical element in making good decisions. No matter what type of business you are in, you have to filter your own emotions and those of others when gathering info with which to make a decision.

After making the decision the second thing to deal with is second guessing. It accomplishes nothing other than stirring the emotions which gets back to the first item above.

Volatile times in marketing are emotional times. Keep a cool head and the stress level down. It is a long time until harvest.
