I have been doing it without walls now for a while. I have been around concrete pits before and I sure do like the looks of it.
Part of the 'lure' of the pit for me is there is many old ones around that haven't been used for years. I would have a hard time justifying a new pit, but one that cost $1000 and 2 days to move home I don't think is too bad.
