| 1 gal. apple cider
1/2 gal. apple juice
1 cup of sugar
7-8 cinnamon sticks
Boil until sugar is dissolved. Let cool then add the everclear {i use the whole bottle}. Pour back into the juice and cider bottles and seperate the cinnamon sticks. Add them to the bottles. For the best taste use true apple cider. Some that you find is just concentrated juice. As it ages, 2-3-4 weeks in the 'fridge, it gets better. The cinnamon really comes through. | |
