sc ia | After seeing some ugly numbers show up on the scales last week....this morning I'm back to where I've been stuck for a long time. At least I didn't continue to go up....or not yet anyway. I've been busy with some projects that I've wanted to get done & I thought I was watching what I ate but the scales said otherwise! I should be able to walk with my buddies all week which really helps me stay on track. More projects on the "to do" list this week too so maybe I can go back down a lb or 2!!
