Subject: Goat guardian animals

Douglass Kansas
I am wanting to run goats on a 200 acre pasture that has very few large trees with a five wire barb wire fence that I plan to add 2 electric wires to. I am thinking that I will use a guard animal of either a donkey or a llama or both. I do not wish to use dogs since I plan to only visit the pasture once a week in the summer. My main predators are coyotes, and to a lessor extent there may be bobcats and dogs.

Which will work better a llama or donkey?
Would it work if I have one of both?
Will the goats stay close to the guard animal?
If a few of the goats get out will they come back on their own?
Can goats eat the cattle mineral?
