well,   a roll  of  duct tape later,   and  I  think  I   had most of the   tiniest of  holes    plugged..!        Put   12  bags of  this  seed..... which  is about the size of  table salt granules.....   and     my son   said  " you better get going"....     dang  seed  was   flowing  out    over the  top of the   flutes  in the   drill.       I  think  I would  have had better luck  keeping  water  in a  sieve!        No doubt  the first  couple rounds  are  way  too thick...    I ended up   running the  openings  at  "0"   and    the  friction  on  the  flute end  wheel   is  all   that was needed to  meter  seed.      Not very   accurate  to say the least!      Static  electricity  had  most of the seed  stuck to the   walls in the box.      What  a day.     I  think  I might  have is   whirly birded  on  next year and just drag it in..
