Tiling isn't tough, just have to learn how to do it and you will save alot of money and do it on your schedule.  Some of the tractor mounted plows and GPS equipment will let you do it just as good as the commercial crews.


Get a backhoe or excavator, skidsteer is too small.  


3-4 guys will get alot done in a day.
