Subject: Correct me if I'm wrong

SE IL

Markwright - 7/26/2013 14:21 bottom for the 3rd quarter has been put in on or before the 1st week of August. It appears that may be the case this year too. we'll see. The feeder mix placed has been slanted towards a lot of heavy weight feeders placed as compared to lighter weight cattle placed for each of the past 2 cof reports. ( the heavier they go in, the heavier they come out )

Didn't we just have a COF report? Won't we have to work through those heavy placements first? Won't heavy wts in come out relatively sooner? Keeping the market in check? Retail beef prices are pretty steep? Just asking. See my post above about heifer retentions. Thanks.
