I was going to suggest a laser printer until I got to your last line. How does the printer print directly onto the CD? That sounds like a better option than stickers. Do you have an OfficeMax in your area? (Or any other big box office supply.) They offer refills for your original cartridges.
They sure have us by the shorties on ink.
