OK | If you're not strapped down, and a bale falls off causing a wreck and someone dies, you might check with your insurance company to see how much they are going to pay and how much you'll be liable for the rest of your life supporting the deceased family after their good lawyer gets done with you. Just sayin. I never used to hook the safety chains on my gooseneck til a lawyer told me that I would be liable in a wreck if my trailer wasn't hooked up properly. I never checked to see if he was right, just figured better safe than sorry. | |
