A purge system comes to my mind, every 10,000 gallons of use purge 50 gallons of disolvent solution to break down salt build-up. Could be a manual process with venturi eductor or could be automated with chemical injectors and timers if usage is relatively consistent. One other idea that comes to mind is acidifying all water, could be expensive with high water usage. Just a couple ideas to check out.
