NW Illinois Stephenson county
I had a 2388 combine wheat for me a few years ago. I had 3 loads of small squares and the rest made into 3x3x8 big squares. They picked up over 99% of the straw and it was super for bedding. One small bale in in a calf hutch and it spread itself. I think it depends on how the combine is set. I did bale small squares behind a Gleaner N6 and you could rake it again ang get a nice windrow. And round baling it the baler had to run slow rpm's until the bale was 75% made or it would puke it out the front and I would have to dump the bale and try again.
