That might be a little high depending on your mineral but I don't think you are getting near enough with blocks. Mineral isn't a place to be cheap. Its a real complaint I have about eastern and southern cattle. If you think they're eating too much cut it with some loose salt. Read the tag on the mineral bag and shoot for that.
