S.C. Wisconsin | We chopped our 1st cut direct seeding yesterday and what a difference to what we had last year in a severe drought. This was the first year we used Roundup ready alfalfa, was very happy with the yields as we didn't have a herbicide damage. We are trying to build back or forage inventory but it going slow as we lost a lot of alfalfa from the drought and winter kill. But this is start as our new seedings are looking great.
