Kingdom of Callaway - Fulton, Mo 65251 | We came across this old picture of my Great Uncle Don Waggoner and a record price steer he sold in 1946. He was the head steer buyer for the East St. Louis stockyards for many years. I used to tag along with him on cattle trips. He smoked a big cigar until the day he died.
His brother was the head of the Missouri highway patrol during the prison riots in 1954. Both of them knew how to thump some heads when necessary!
