Limmi's around here are known as the breed that is born looking for a place to die. Every producer I know in this area absolutely hates to buy them. This would include the black Limmi's also. Very few of them raised here anymore. The discounts at the sale barns have seen to that. Just good enough Hereford calves usually bring more than a really nice set of Limmi's of similar weight and condition.
