My local telephone has racks of modems in two different places. Few modems give problems with superlow connection speeds. Tried to type ipconfig in Run dialog in Win 98se and the dos screen pops up for a sec and disappears. What command do I need to hold the ipconfig screen for 10 or 15 secs.
