| Lots of great feedback yesterday about my situation. Thanks guys! Anyway, have a few more questions. I tried contacting the realtor today only to get his voicemail but he never got back to me. Is this common? Maybe a way to screen out those that are definitely serious buyers? Should I try calling him again soon. I hope it isn't sold yet but that would be my luck! I'm new to this so what questions should I ask and what should I expect the first time I talk to him if he ever does get back to me?
What are the dos and donts?
I have no idea what they are asking but I know I won't be able to spin to buy all the acres and they have it listed as one tract but there is about 120 acres that would be exactly what I need, how should I approach this? | |
