Western EC Iowa | Will be getting a whole beef to split amongst the family in a couple weeks, wondering how folks get it processed. We like the good steaks, roasts and hamburger mostly. Could care less about the heart, tongue, oxtail and etc... I would like to do a smoked brisket as well. Any reason we can't just get the steak and roasts cut like we want and the rest burger? First timer, very open to suggestions. I just don't want a bunch of stuff we will never eat to sit in the freezer 'till we decide in a couple years it's been there too long. Thanks, Ben |
