I think you would be further ahead finding a dairy to sell it to off the field. Less gross income but probably as much or more net.

Moving wet bales gets expensive per ton of dry matter. Inline wrapped bales don't keep very long if you don't keep removing from the line once it is opened.

If you really have your heart set on doing it, hire the wrapping done the first year or two to see how the sales work out before you bite off the investment.
