NW IL | It could have been a meteor, another law would certainly prevent that also, I am sure there already is a law about keeping stuff tied onto the trailer, and of course then who cares, you do not need a law, pretty clear who would be liable for that one. You can not make a law to create common sense, all you do is merely strip everyone else of their freedoms. But there are way too many out there that probably would not even remember to take a breathe if the govt did not tell them too or that it was ok. | |
