New Mexico | takes a brand inspection paper ( seller supplies that )
everything that moves in or from new mex is brand inspected and there's a clean health claim written in the middle of the brand ins paper.
certificate of veterinary inspection ( some require it, some not )
if so they need run thru a chute. bangs tag #'s read, or metal id tags put in...numbers go on the cert of vet insp..has to be done by a vet.
new mex is bangs free, tb free so no real issues going most anywhere on Earth.
here's the MO import requirements linked for cattle:
http://mda.mo.gov/animals/health/speciesentering.php
looks like you need an entry permit too.
Whole deal though is a piece of pie compared to some.
