I've "liked" the pork producers on Facebook and they put up a picture ad with the new names for the chop cuts. Out of the 12 comments on it at the time, 100% thought it was a bad idea. As do I. I like pork, but trying to name it after beef cuts is just dumb. Someone checkoff dollars at work.
