Talk to the guys @ strip cat. I believe their machine can go down to 20" or they are working on one that will. Sounded like they bring a demo machine out and let you pull it with the attachments you want on it till you find what you want then order it. I know blu-jets galaxy toolbar is designed for 20" strip till but is kinda spendy and is pretty heavy.
