not sure a tedder will get it dry in that small of a window, but I have found it difficult to make quality dry hay without one. We currently have a Vicon 833 6 spinner that works well. If making alfalfa hay, you should have a big enough tedder to get over the acres you need to cover in about a 2 hour window while the dew is coming off.
