It's just going to take time, filters and oil changes unless you want to break her open. When I had a brake failure on one of my Ford's... it think it took something like 5-6 oil changes along with a dozen or more filter changes. That was after the major deposits of brake material were cleaned from all accessable areas when the brakes were replaced.
